Threading Film-O-Clean
Film-O-Clean is very easy to thread. The slot-load design of Film-O-Clean enables rapid threading and unthreading.

Important: Proper threading is crucial or film damage may occur. Please read and thoroughly understand these instructions before operating Film-O-Clean.

Adjusting Input / Output Roller Position

The Input / Output Film Rollers may be adjusted on an as-needed basis. Allen Key is included for adjusting the position of the Input and Output Rollers. To adjust, Loosen the screw, reposition the Roller Arms and firmly tighten to secure.

Adjusting Main Drive Wheel Position

The position of the Drive Wheel may be adjusted to align film with Cleaning Media. Allen Key is included for adjusting the Drive Wheel. To adjust, Loosen the screw, reposition the Drive Wheel and gently tighten to secure - do not over-tighten.

Note: Super 8 film users may utilize entire surface area of Cleaning Media by adjusting the position of the Drive Wheel on the Main Shaft.

How To Thread Film-O-Clean

1. Verify sufficient Cleaning Media is available, rewind or replace as needed.

Do Not Operate Film-O-Clean Without Cleaning Media. Halt operation to rewind or replace Cleaning Media when depleted. Film will remain unharmed provided the Media Rollers are undamaged and rotate freely.

2. Guide film through the Upper Input Roller.
